FAQ
What if I need to cancel?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable but you are free to cancel at anytime! If an illness comes up, we will both do our best to find a new date that works for the both of us.
How do you handle travel fees?
Most of the packages, I have a travel fee included for a 15km radius of Auckland, if you would like to travel further I would be happy to customize a quote so there are no hidden costs.
How many photos do you deliever, and how long does it take to get them?
You can expect at least 30-50 images per hour of coverage, but I never limit the amount I deliever. You will get a collection of photographs that capture your day in the best way.
The gallery should arrive within 3 - 4 weeks.
What should we wear?
I always recommend neutral colours, however, if you have an outfit you love wear it as long as you are comfortable.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You get full printing rights, however if you would like to order prints you are able from the gallery shop.
