Jodie reached out to me just two weeks before her wedding, and I had the absolute pleasure of capturing her and Shilo’s beautiful day. It was clear from the start how important family was to them, they wanted their children to be involved in every moment. It was a pleasure watching their daughter and son light up as they saw their parents getting ready for such a special day was incredibly heartwarming.

The wedding was held at the stunning Lochend Woolshed, and the afternoon couldn’t have been more perfect. As Jodie walked down the aisle towards Shilo, the soft golden light filtered through, perfectly setting the scene. Their ceremony was filled with love, laughter, and a deep sense of connection, making it a joy to document.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned, with Encore Events creating a stunning setup and managing the bar. Leah and her team always go above and beyond to ensure the bride and groom’s day is perfect. Barbecue Bill served up an incredible feast that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. And of course, the dance floor was alive with energy as everyone had a blast celebrating into the night.

Surrounded by their children and celebrating with loved ones under the charm of the woolshed, Jodie and Shilo’s wedding unfolded beautifully. It was such a privilege to be part of their day, witnessing the love and connection they share. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to capture these special moments and be a part of their unforgettable day. Getting to know Jodie and Shilo through the heartfelt speeches and hearing their family and friends speak so fondly of them was truly special. It gave me a glimpse into their lives, showing just how much love and admiration surrounds them. It was a beautiful reminder of the deep connections that make their day so meaningful.

As the golden hour approached, we slipped away to Sandfly Bay for some quiet moments together. The breathtaking scenery of the bay, paired with the soft golden light of the Autumn afternoon, perfectly complemented the magic of their day.
