On a beautiful December afternoon, Thomas and Monika celebrated their wedding at Dunedin City Baptist Church, surrounded by their friend, family as well as their church family, which was really important to both of them.
The day began with Thomas, who appeared relaxed and excited, as he awaited his bride. Monika arrived shortly after, radiant as she stepped out of the car. Her parents, beaming with pride, shared a beautiful moment with their daughter before the ceremony. Monika huddled with her closest friends, sharing a few last-minute moments together before walking down the aisle.
The ceremony was beautiful, reflecting Thomas and Monika beautiful relationship with each other. After the ceremony, they spent time celebrating with family and friends at the church before heading over to Grandview Gardens for their photos and the the celebrations at the reception.
While the bridal party joined the reception, Monika and Thomas stayed behind to have their photographs taken and savor the moment that they were finally married and reflect on their day together.
Jo, the venue manager, always creates magical weddings, and Monika and Thomas' wedding was no exception.
The guests savored the delightful catering and food by Grizzlies Kitchen, which added to the celebratory atmosphere. The evening was also marked by heartfelt well-wishes and speeches from both the bride and groom's families and friends.
During golden hour, Monika and Thomas had the opportunity to enjoy some moments alone, basking in the golden hour against the backdrop of the forest's rustic charm and lush greenery.
